Well I need to stop this upward trend. I keep eating my emotions, which is my coping mechanism. I am going to try and reign it in now. I will be completing on my house today (my biggest stress of late!), I have a job interview this afternoon 🤞 and life is getting really positive. So no excuses now, I just need to concentrate on my hunger signals and only eat when my body tells me to and not eat for the sake of it.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you for your support Nadia, now I am moving my belongings between houses, I am running up and down stairs and i tend to lose my appetite when i am busy, so hopefully that will kick start things.
