Finding adding a walk run to my already active schedule may really help too. I will try to get more in--following more closely most days--need to switch to 1 low-carb beer instead of wine.
133.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
