Staying approximately the same. I have been happy with that since I didn't expect to lose so much so fast. But now I want to step up and lose about 10 more pounds. Thanks for all your encouragement and support. :) Karen

180.0 lb Lost so far: 55.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
