Hummm... still at the same weight, but I can tell I lost some inches because I can wear smaller grey slacks I wasnt able to wear last week. "Oh evil weight scale why do you tease me like this?"
170.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
