晨,體脂30.4%,內臟脂肪3

距離5/11體重54.9停滯期已經經過1週多一點,
持續努力運動,體脂有降低了(31%~30.4%)

減肥停滯期真的考驗耐心,一下子有些心灰意冷,每天認真運動竟然瘦不下來,又想破戒亂吃。🥲
