I had one of those days yesterday, I was a little depressed, was hungry but didn't know what I wanted so I made noodles and sauce and over ate! but at least I went to the gym 😒
225.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
