Can't seem to get past the 209's.....yuk!

209.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb. Still to go: 39.5 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

I was stuck at 203 as well for about a week. I started drinking hot water lemon (1 lt of watter mixed with one whole fresh lemon juice) at the same time I started drinking 2 cups of Nature's reply a day. I am down 3.5 pounds in one week. try that it might work for you. Good Luck

I am stuck in the mid 270's. We will get there eventually. I am drinking lemonwater as if there is no tomorrow....ha ha ha
