Also visiting Mr Orthopaedic Surgeon late morn, 7 weeks post R open hand carpal tunnel procedure and just started using upper body gym training equipment this week. It’s been a challenging past 18-24 months and absolutely thrilled to be getting fitter by the day tidying and now packing to put the home up for Sale! 🔥😎🔥
142.0 lb Lost so far: 10.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
