Work was crazy, I had a lunch break, but didn't really feel like eating much.

B: 2 slices of turkey bacon

Snack: red bull (sugar free)

lunch: handful of pistachios

afterwork snack: three scrambled eggs.

Dinner: Probably chicken breast and roasted veggies
156.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
