Not sure at all how I lost two pounds this last week. I've been consciously trying to be more active in small increments, 5 minutes here and there, and drinking lots of water but my food choices haven't exactly been the best. Hopeful that if I'm more conscious about my food choices I'll continue to lose and possibly faster. :-)
201.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's most likely your food choices. Being active only burns significant calories in duration. Nice job.
