Today I guess I have lost a pound even though I am starving marvin. Yesterday I would say something must be working because food is tasting a lot better lately. I have joined a running group and it is really motivating and a little daunting. I have been logging my food which is really showing me that I must change my sugar addiction and of course the love of carbs. I have also been moving a lot more with my fitbit as a constant reminder to get off my rump.
