昨天母親節聚餐吃太鹹了🫠體重馬上彈回來!
🌱HIIT*15分鐘,大腿訓練*10分鐘,共25分鐘。
吃完母親節大餐,要來還債了~~~大魚大肉的,太鹹了😂
