1854 kcal Fat: 73.45g | Prot: 85.90g | Carb: 220.34g.   Breakfast: Kashi Cereal, Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries, Cream (Half & Half), Coffee. Lunch: Bread Pudding, Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Green Olives, Black Olives, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Hamburger (Single Patty). Dinner: Butter, Chicken Wing (Skin Not Eaten), Italian Salad Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Dinner Rolls, Ribeye (12 oz). Snacks/Other: Blueberries, Creme Sandwich Cookies, Greek Yogurt - Peach. more...
