🌱HIIT 20分鐘,腿部訓練10分鐘(爆汗)
小孩早上睡比較熟,大清早餵奶完,擠剩下的奶,開始運動,超神清氣爽的啊(哭)
沖個澡完,小孩開始哭,時間真的剛剛好🫠
