Went on vacation for a month and went way off track towards the end. But I'm back on track, been working out and tracking points. This week I'm cutting 2pts a day out to see if it'll make a difference. And back to drinking my amount of water I need. Got goals set and am doing this!!!
246.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
