God has it been an awful few weeks. I have pretty severe depression/anxiety disorder and while its usually pretty manageable, i went off into an out of control spiral for the last couple weeks. I am slowly pulling myself out of it and my emotional state right now is taking precedence over what im putting in my mouth. I have started bike riding at night with my hubby as a way to "destress" from the day and just have some time with him to talk without our little ears around :) Seems to be helping :)
