Bit eating same omletter 3 roti in brerakfast and rice dal and vegetable in afteroon and same at night and bit evenign snacks having 80 grms cashew biscuit and afternoon and dinner after meals i am having banana .Also i am cycle riding for 1 hour every day nearly .
