Busy week, our oldest son flew in 2 help w our business, our busy season is ramping up. Lots of eating out and some stress eating. Tomorrow's a new day. Always sad to see the kids leave, trying to stay busy w all the yard work that I need to do on top of a ton of other stuff. Medical bills starting to roll in from my brain surgery...trying to stay focused with to do lists. Remembering To be thankful, I am very blessed. Every day is a gift! I'm trying g to figure out how to post food pics, I'm so not a techie, but I'm determined to figure it out. Did walk the dog today, so that's a win.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
