Went ahead and weighed in, I am now at the starting weight I entered. I typed 150 when it was 160! So that means in the past month, I'm down 10 pounds! I started my diet a couple weeks ahead of using this site. I started using this site because I didn't know what my calories per day should be and I needed something to keep me on track. And it is so far working!
