Weight stable; not really a plateau this time. Fat is dropping visibly, muscle is building again visibly. Friends are commenting on the increased definition. Extreme tempo, either "15 2 X 2", "8 2 X 2", or "8 2 8 2" are making a difference in how my muscles are growing.
