AAAARRRGH! Ding Dang dong it! I am so tired of this bloody two-step I've been doing for the last few weeks! The next person who brings chocolate into this house is getting a boot up the patootie!
205.5 lb Lost so far: 48.1 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes its hard, people bring us treats because they mean well, but it is very detrimental to the diet! Try taking excess sweets with you to work. Hey, it sabatages others, but if you split it 10 ways, you get only 10% of the calories!!

I understand completely! My boyfriend has an attitude that if he is "good" all week he "deserves" to treat himself - and me. It's so hard to be firm in saying NO to yourself and others! You're doing well, though, from what I can see!
