Went out of town on business to Greensboro and got no exercise. Yesterday was the first day back at work. Walked down the steps, back up the garage, about 30 minutes during lunch and did Zumba. I should lose what I've gained if I keep this up. Still not really eating JC at least bringing it to work for lunch and breakfast, but hardly eating JC dinner at all. Eating my own food and drink at night. Got to clean out the freezer, must have 10 dinners. Makes no sense to buy anymore until I eat what I have.
