Pleasantly surprised not to have gained more than .2 lbs. We went to Disneyland for Father's Day weekend and I definitely was not counting calories or watching what I ate. We enjoyed the weekend very much, but I guess I'm just making healthier choices :). I also made sure to over-hydrate this weekend, drinking more like 100 oz. of water per day, which probably kept me from snacking too much.
It makes me happy to think that when I get down to my ideal weight (which is not this goal weight but the next one) I will be able to keep it off. :)
Feeling very encourage even though I did have a slight gain.
