I haven't been doing as well as I should. Last Thursday I didn't follow my diet or exercise routine. Friday and Saturday were better, but not as great as they should have been. Father's Day Sunday was also a bust. Yesterday was great until date night. However, with date night I did A LOT better than I expected, so I am proud of that. :) I guess today will start a new week for me and I plan on doing tons better this week. Hoping to drop AT LEAST a pound. Wish me luck!! :)
