After a month of blood pressure medication my numbers are all coming back into normal ranges. Inflamation is reducing and I am losing weight again. WIll be switching to a differnt med as I have developed an almost debilitating cough (common side effect). I have made some small changes in my diet to help. And, with the weather starting to warm up I am also spending less time at my desk and more time outside doing "stuff".

Still to go: 9.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
