Last week I was mostly good, but I guess not good enough. This weekend was a break even. I probably ate the worst I have eaten for months, but I was building a deck which was about 16 hours of hard labour. I also squeezed in a 32.5 k bike ride. So I figure I'm squared away (physically dead, but square).

Monday, I'm too busy to exercise, and probably too sore. But I think Tuesday-Thursday there is lots of opportunity to get some like exercise in, and Friday - > long weekend should be good as well.


One more week of plateau might sap me of my will, so I need to lose at least one pound.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well it looks like you've beaten the plateau! your weight graph is amazing.

Heh yeah I broke the plateau this week, I actually could have made the whole thing look better, but I wanted to change scales to a digital because at 6 feet the graduations on the analogue scale are impossible for me to read, and so I usually have to guess +/-2 lbs. So the digital is easier to read, but seems to weight 2-3 lbs heavy. Now I'm moving in the right direction again, in general I have decided to blame August, if it wasn't for Augustus Ceaser adding a month to the calender bloating it, I would have lost more weight (yeah that makes sense.)
