So I did not weight myself for a Week, that was hard but I did keep a strict diet.. Eating 1500 calories a day and burning about 300-450 each day too. I want to reach my goal soon, vacation is around the corner!!!
127.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
