Great day of exercise....food was average. a Jones Soda (yikes) a Rice Krispie Square (yikes)--- Gluten Free from Starbucks. Well two cheats!!!
Panini....Toooo much bread But onwards and upwards!!

Overall not too bad!

(Man the last 4 pounds to my right BMI are TOUGH!!!)
172.2 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
