Happy Monday 😊 Had busy last few weeks but looking forward to getting back on track. Down 22 ish, 15 is more to go. This app works so much better w my new phone.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
