So, it may say that I lost over 6 pounds this week, but I really didn't. My weigh in for last week was 204.8 lbs. So, I am down (yay!) but only by about 1.8 pounds. Even with a really bad day this week I still lost. Makes me feel motivated to continue :).
I've been walking for a few minutes during my lunch break and it seems to be working. :) Also, I've been drinking at least 64 oz. of water every day. I think the weight I lost might just be water weight, but I'll take it. :)
