Really hard not to eat past 3:30 or 4 pm sometimes but it’s worth it if I can. I do some type of sparkling water instead and it works most of the time. Power yoga this morning 💪🏼🧘🏻‍♀️🕉️
158.6 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
