so I couldn't wait til Sunday. I cheated and did a weigh in this morning and I'm down! I'm on track and sticking to my goal. I can see 190 and eventually get to my ultimate goal of 160. I will make it happen. staying positive, keeping to my plan and promise.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
