I have been keeping my protein at the appropriate level for my height and healthy weight and then carbs as low as possible, tho some days I will creep up to around 30 then eating fat to satiety. I have learned this seems to work for me. Doing so I have entered ketosis, my hunger ranges from mildly to not at all, but if I don't eat then I start feeling ill. So feel I am in a good place, the idea for me is to watch the protein and carbs the rest will fall into place.
