I put in the incorrect weight last week. I was 143.2 and am now 142.2.

I am pleased I lost one pound. It was a serious struggle - my in-laws were here for five days. That was five days of eating out (except when I insisted on cooking, and there were even two days where I brought my own salad) in a place where 'healthy eating' hasn't caught on. And so much wine. In those five days, the four of us went through a total of probably 15 bottles of wine.

But I insisted on doing my 90 minute cardio almost every morning. And I think it paid off. Now they're gone and I can settle back into my routine.
142.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
