At the end of week 1 I'm very excited at the scale movement.

Hopeful that week 2 puts me in the next bracket that i have never been in that I can recall. Had to have been there as a child!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 42.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
