Vacation. While not eating horribly it is a result of being out of routine, mixed drinks, eating out where even a salad seems to have a different affect when coming from a restaurant. Will take two weeks to get this off!
149.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
