My male friend from high school (from 1964) who is same height and same age is 142 lb. I just hit 158.8 lb this week. He actually looks too thin, but I am still envious. He still runs/jogs daily, so I guess I will have to take my exercise level up a notch. My high school weight was 155, and my friend's high school weight was 145 lb, so he has proven that it can be done. But this is so hard toward the end stage of my goal. I hardly eat much at all anymore. Whatever it takes to stay heart healthy!
