Really disgusted with myself. I had a bad birthday week, but more in general I've just slipped on my accountability and as a result, I'm up 5 pounds.

Let's start doing it again. Yes, I sound like a broken record. But if it takes 56 tries, then that's what it takes.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
