Day 40 wow, that was a pretty big loss yesterday. I was definitely bad. Had a sugar free cappuccino and didn't east again until three which was a mcdouble then a protein shake at.eight pm...not one of my healthier days.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
