3 lb jump was really just coming of period/bloating/a salty and sugary weekend with friends at the house - not true fat loss. I restarted my commitment to health yesterday. My goal is to lose 20 lbs by March 2016 - slow and healthy. After that, I will re-assess goals.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
