I didn't get my brisk walk in yesterday; however, I reached my 10000 step goal, golfed with my son, and ate under 2,000 calories. I am considering dropping my calorie count to 1800. I noticed I have been eating more fat this week. Tonight, I'll get a workout at my daughter's gymnastics banquet, as parents have to make up a floor routine and perform on the balance beam. It should be a good time!
