Had a terrible weekend (for the diet). A graduation and celebratory meals. So instead of following my trend down or at least maintaining my goal, I end up 1.2 pounds ABOVE where I am supposed to be. So I've switched to having my shakes twice a day, with a 200-400 calorie snack in between and a regular dinner. Next week I will continue double shakes and take my snack down to 200 calories max. I'm not surprised nor disappointed. I expected hiccups along the way.
