Holding steady! I think tomorrow I'll be down to 178lbs we'll see! Salad yum! I'm actually busy too! Lots to do for Halloween!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
