So weight went back up as expected. I didn't eat a ton really but I did drink more water than I had during the end of the distilled water thing so just goes to show what water weight will do to you. Still down 4 pounds from last Monday so I'm happy with that.
297.5 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
