Still Holding the line, but the desire for other stuff is trying to creep in on me also eating times a bit shakey today no reason/excuse available.
312.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 192.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

"Stay the course" you got it. Today is a new day and GOD has put all things under our feet. We will stand and We choose not emotions, unlogical moods, nor cravings, or people or situations. Mind set and we will see that light from the scale Shining the proof. Yeah Buddy!!!!! lol happy face
