day 15: half way through the challenge and I've already lost half a stone! I think all the cycling has been making me hungry though. so I think I'll add more a few more calories to my budget, so I don't binge.
249.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 89.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
