No Loss. I've gained, I've lost; now, I've stalled. And 2 weeks before Vacation too. I will not let this bring me down. I will tighten up, I will hit my mark before Vacation D@## IT!! I have not hit the crest of my mountain, but I am so close to the first major cliff face I an taste it. This is my first major goal, to get below 100lbs to lose before I go on vacation. This IS going to happen.

Its hard enough just to try to lose weight and get healthier...when we add calendar deadlines...it makes it EVEN tougher...that being said...ALL of your buddies are cheering for you...I hear you...You ARE gonna make this happen...so when I go walking later today...I am gonna dedicate an extra 1/10 of a mile to YOU and YOUR dedication....(I know that's not very much...but its the thought that counts..)...think of it as a way (with Jon Walsh & Co.) I can say...let's hit the mountain 30 mins. "earlier" today...Keep on Climbing, BB....YOU got this :)

PS:..LOL...I do walk slow, but just for the record...it does NOT take me 30 minutes to walk 1/10 of a mile...LOL
