Um, good, I think? So here's my problem - I'm not hungry and when I am, it takes a whole lot less to make me feel like I've had enough. I'm trying to eat healthy, but I'm not getting to my intake goal. If I eat for the sake of eating, I feel unwell. And I don't want to eat junk just to get the calories. Any suggestions?

You have been maintain a healthy weight- I don't know how tall you are or your bone structure - I am five 4 and have a large frame-140 looks great on me - but my weight range is 125-145 for a large frame and height/ also you can try a low calorie drink or low calories healthy soup/bullion cube and water/ make sure you have a multi vitamin / as long as your not going underweight -(Lol a problem I never had)- I would not be overly concerned

Thanks Pam. I do need to get back to my supplements again. I spent so many years having to take a handful of pills daily, I just got fed up and stopped taking everything but the essentials. My neurologist was not impressed. So, back to the multi-v, calcium and so on again. Maybe I should look at my breakfast shakes again too. I'm 5'9" with a large frame, hence not wanting to drop too much in weight. I should be between 141 and 145 based on my age and height. Of course, there are tons of other factors that are not being considered. The BMI Calculator recommends between 125 and 169 (quite the range!). Oh well, let's see where this week goes. :-)

It seems to be working. But I understand the concern with getting your recommended intake. This healthy eating drive is really hard, especially when they're days you can't help but grab the first thing you see while on the road. Maybe you can try those healthier snacks and see how that works out... have a great week
