great keep with this diet,,,,
no carbohidrates..... just proteins, vegetables
fruits and plus sibutramina Pills for the anxious!!!

140.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

noticed we're about the same, lol. i am trying to keep with my low carb too and just wanted to wish you luck and hopefully ... real soon, we'll see our goal weight!

tks for youy cooments!!!!! yesterday! ate chicken grilled but with PLANTEINS! NO NO TOO BAD, CARBOHIDRATES!!!!
