Big Race Tomorrow---- Milton Triathlon!!

Weigh 170.0 after exercise.

Still monitoring the gradual infiltration of poor habits-- Like yesterday 1 Tim Hortons Muffin, 2 Oatmeal Cookies and 1 Decaf double double.

There is no excuse for these transgressions! Stay disciplined and be watchful.

Onwards and upwards
170.0 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week
